Job Title: Senior Office Supervisor-Mayuge District Local Government.
Qualifications;
• Either a Uganda certificate of Education with at least 5 passes including credits in Mathematics and language plus a diploma in office management from a recognized awarding institution
• Or a Ugandan Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes including credits in Mathematics and English Language plus six years of experience ,three of which must have been at office supervisor level in a public or reputable private organization.
Duties;
• Maintaining office premises , furniture and equipment in good condition.
• Coordinating the distribution and use of office equipment , furniture and stationary.
• Preparing and producing work plans and budgets.
• Paying utility bills promptly.

Duties;
• Participation in surveying up boundaries of Local Government land.
• Supervising the drawing of land plans in the district.
• Participating in authenticating deed plans.
• Supervising contracted survey activities and verifying the results.
• Providing safe custody of surveying equipment.
• Compiling activity reports for the attention of the staff.

Job Title: Program Manager.
The mission of the Infectious Diseases Institute is to build capacity of health systems in Africa .
Responsibilities;
• In conjunction with all the stakeholders , coordinate and supervise study activities across 8 OPDs to ensure high quality implementation and adherence to study protocol and timelines .
• Provide technical oversight and support to all the team members of the implementing sites.
• Participate in training study staff , provide continued on job training , mentoring and skills transfer or updates to all staff
Skills;
• Knowledge and skills in designing , planning , implementing and monitoring of HIV/AIDS care and treatment research programs
• Experience working with districts and public hospitals or health centers.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills with the ability to work in a team. Ability to communicate to staff and other partners in a courteous and professional manner
• A good understanding of data management systems and good computer skills.
