Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

·         Holds a Masters’ degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized University;
·         Must have taught in a Tertiary Institution for at least 2 years at the level of a Tutor and above or must have been a Higher Education Official in a Government
·         Department or Regulatory Body for 2 years;
·         Must be ICT literate;
·         Knowledge of Project Management is desirable;
·         Knowledge of International Standard organizations
·         (ISO) is desirable.

Expected Outputs:
·         Work activity plans;
·         Evaluation reports showing targets achieved;
·         Documented developmental strategies;
·         Effectively implemented quality testing mechanisms to ensure universities and Other Tertiary Institutions meet the minimum standards;

• Expertise in delivering training to diverse audiences with varying levels of education
• Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills.
