Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Conduct and promote active marketing campaigns to attract new clients

·         Manage the loan process

·         Mange portfolio growth and quality with PAR >1 day at 0%.

·         Prepare periodical daily, weekly , monthly output reports

Job requirements:

·         Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Microfinance or related course preferred

·         Experience in microfinance is an added advantage.

·         Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and resilience.

·         Capability and willingness to take responsibility stand up to challenges in swift manner.

·         Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and

·         Core Values

·         Good presentational, customer care, computer and communication skills.

·         Valid riding permit is an added advantage.
