Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
•
Human Resource planning for the Company to support the attainment of the strategic objectives set by the Board from time to time
•
Development and implementation of a suited training and development strategy for the Company
•
Managing Organizational effectiveness
•
Development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for the management of the Company’s Knowledge
•
Development and implementation of employee performance and productivity strategies
•
Development and implementation of a recognition and reward systemg) Provision of advisory support to Management on matters related to the development and retention of the Company’s human capital
•
Strategic deployment of human capital to support the changing business requirements of the Company
•
Development and implementation of an effective grievance management system and disciplinary mechanism for the
•
Company
•
Preparation of Human Resource related Reports, budgets and work plans
•
Development and Implementation of performance appraisal system
•
Identification of knowledge and skills gaps in the company from time to time and advising Management on the same
•
Assisting the Internal Audit function in identifying, mitigating and management of Human Resource related risks
•
Development, review, updating and implementation of relevant Human Resource and Employee relation policies in liaison with the Company Secretary
•
Management of employee cost controls
•
Development and administration of a competitive compensation and benefits structure for the Company
•
Establishment and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems
•
Assisting the Company Secretary in ensuring the compliance with Laws, Regulations, rules relating to Human Resource Management issues and the management of the Employer-Employee relations
•
Development and implementation of a comprehensive Exit Procedures System
•
Development and administration of effective recruitment systems (policies , processes and tools) in order to attract the right talent, skills and competencies for the Company based on the changing business requirements
•
Management of Restructuring, downsizing processes as and when required
•
Responsible for occupational, health and safety of the staff and development and administration of the requisite systems
•
Identify the ethical and social responsibility requirements for the Company and its employees and develop suited systems
•
Advising Management and staff on matters related to Human Resource Management

• At least seven years experience in handling Human Resource Management matters at Senior Management
Level
• Experience in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office applications
• Minimum age of the applicant should be 35 years
The position shall be on fixed term contract basis for duration of three (3) years.
