Position Summary;

About EU Project:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Office maintenance:

-Ensure the office is open at 8:00 am and closed after 5:00 pm;
-Provide office clerical support;
-Ensure that office and all equipment and furniture are kept clean at all times

2. Transportation and vehicle maintenance:

-Manage the prompt delivery and circulation of documents;
-Maintain an updated vehicle logbook;
-Drive NAOSU staff to ensure safe and reliable transport to the required destinations and return trip, if necessary outside of the working hours.
