Job Title: Head of Legal /Bank Secretary.

UDBL Uganda is recruiting qualified candidates for the vacant position above.
Responsibilities;
Responsible for the Management of Board and Board Committee meetings .
Ensures adherence to best practice Corporate Governance Standards .
Requirements;
LLB (Hon) Degree ; Postgraduate Diploma in Legal practice and ; the person MUST BE AN Advocate of the High Court of Uganda .
A master degree in Law or MBA is a must . Any recognized management course or ICSA would be added advantage .
Minimum Experience;
A strong commercial law background and working experience of 8 years , 5 of which should be at a senior management level
3 of which should have been in Banking and at least 2 years interaction with the Board.
