Deputy Registrar Jobs in Uganda at Judicial Service Commission

Working experience:
• Should have worked in the Courts of Judicature for at least 3 years as an Assistant Registrar or 6 years as Chief Magistrate or 3 years as a Senior Principal State Attorney.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assists the Registrar in the administrative duties of the assigned Registry.
• Performs judicial functions within his/her jurisdiction in a given Court.
• Makes monthly reports on the position of the cases in the Courts of Judicature.
• Assists the Registrar in the management of Court premises, equipment/tools and other logistics.
• Plans and manages Court sessions in consultation with the Registrar.
• Supervises staff directly under him/her.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
