•Providing  legal  advisory  services/guidance  to the  organization  and participating  in negotiations  of  UDC  business  partnership ventures  and  in  any  other  negotiations .
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s  degree (Hons)  in Law  plus  Post  Graduate  Diploma  in Legal  practice  with  good  knowledge  of company  law and  law  of contract.
•Working experience  of at least  3 years  in the  relevant  field .
