• She/he will be responsible technical leadership for members to access financial services
Qualifications:
• At least a Diploma in Microfinance , Agribusiness , Agricultural Economics , Cooperative Development or related field and proven practical knowledge of micro financé promotion approaches plus knowledge of computer (Word, Excel, Email)
• Experience in community lead financial access approaches is added advantage .

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle all categories of insurance including marine & Air freight shipments , Goals in transit ( Mombasa-Kampala). Goods in transit (Internal Distribution ), Industrial –All -Risk (IAR), Cash , motor vehicles, fidelity , workman’s compensation etc.
• Follow up on insured goods , amendments in case there are changes in contracts /proforma invoices i.e . in terms of values
• Handle Insurance declarations for Marine , Parts and Machinery etc
• Handle claims for Marine cargo , motor accidents , Workman’s compensation , Cash in Transit , cash at hand & Industrial-all-risks.
• Process all claim documentation foe immediate recoveries in case of damages /Losses.

Requirements:
• A holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related course.
• Pursuing or completion of a diploma course in Insurance management is an added advantage
• Understanding of the insurance industry , and sound knowledge of insurance policies
• An understanding of relevant laws , such as Privacy Act and the Human Rights Act
• Knowledge of risks involved in different occupations .
