Job Title: Head HR & Administration

Responsibilities:
• Plan, design , develop and evaluate human resource and administration –related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals .
• Lead performance management , talent assessment and effective labor relationships and ensure operational efficiency of the support functions .
Education :
• Bachelor’s in Social work and Social Administration , Business Administration , Human Resources , Industrial Psychology , or relevant field .
• Must be a member of the HR Managers Association
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management , MBA or Industrial Psychology is a Must CIPD will be added advantage .
Experience::
• A strong HR background with working experience of a minimum 8 years ,
• 5 of which should be at least a senior management level ;
• 3 of which should have been in Banking and at least 2 years interaction with the Board
