Responsibilities
•Managing people and performance
•Ensuring conducive working environment through : Building staff competence , Creating an environment of creating and promoting enabling environment for open communication and good client relationship.
•In charge of the operations support function and services to the Organization’s programs and projects
•Coordinate the Human Resource function of the Organization.
Qualifications
•A Master’s Degree in Human Resources , Business Administration and or Management with proven experience in dministration and people management at senior level .
•At least 5 years relevant experience in similar duties .
•Membership to Professional organizations is of added advantage
•Excellence in relevant Ms Office computer applications
•Ability to speak French and or Portuguese is an added advantage

Job Requirements
• Able to work under minimal supervision and be proactive and initiative .

• The ability to work in a mult-cultural and multi-national environment .

Qualifications
• Candidates must have a minimum qualification of High School Certificate, with three years working experience as a driver for a company , family or public service agency . Candidates must have a Drivers License which is at least three years old. Training in Mechanics will be an added advantage .
• Language requirement : Excellent English and or French and fluency in any other AU language would be an added advantage .
• Tenure of Appointment : The appointment will be made on an AU short-term contract for a period of one year, of which the first three months will be considered as a probationary period.
• Age requirement; Candidates should preferably be between 35 and 50 years old.

Responsibilities
•Manage the reception and carry out other front desk activities
•In charge of the organizations switch board and lead in support for teleconferencing connections
•Receive , screen and forward all incoming calls plus maintaining a mail registar for the organization.
•Maintain staff attendance registration records, visitors registry plus generating monthly attendance reports.
Qualifications
•A minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality , Secretarial and Business Studies or any other relevant qualifications .
•Additional training in Administration, Secretarial or Human resource fields will be of advantage .
•Knowledge of French language will be added advantage.
•Excellent communication , customer care and relating skills
•Excellent computer skills in Ms. Office packages, including internal
