•Must possess a Master Degree in Public Health from a recognized university /Institution
•Additional training in Public Relations , Mass Communication and information technology will be an added advantage
Experience
•At least six years relevant working experience in the health Sector preferably at national or regional level three of which should have been in leadership position

Key Functions
•Installing new and or rebuilding existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals , services , settings , directions , storage , etc . in accordance with standards and project /operational requirements
•Installing and configuring software systems procured from outside or designed in-house
•Developing and maintaining installation and configuration procedures
•Contributing to and maintain system standards
Qualifications
•Must possess a Masters degree in Computer Science from a recognized University
Experience
•At least six years of experience in administering complex computer systems in a large organization
•Experience configuring and administering Internet Filitering and Infusion Protection Systems
Competencies
•Knowledge of Programming languages and operating systems
•Ability to plan , organize and document complex system design activities and to configure systems to be consistent with institutional policies /procedures
•Establish and maintain cooperation , understanding , trust and credibility
