Education & Experiences:
• Applicants  need  a University  Degree  in Health  with  community  development  or  social  work  experience  of at least 2 years .
• Successful applicants  will undertake  the following  activities  , namely , Ensure quality  health  service  delivery  to migrants  and mobile  populations  in the  project  sites
• Day-to-day  implementation  of  project  activities
• Develop  weekly  and  monthly  reports ; Field  data  collection  and analysis
• Hold  and process  quality  improvement  sessions  with the  health  workers

Responsibilities
• To ensure quality  service  delivery , technical support  and capacity  building  to the  female  sex workers  and health  workers  , and ongoing  liaison  with the  Government n counterparts .

Experience;
• Minimum  of  2  years  progressive  working   experience  in a  similar  position  in  PVC/HDPE/PPR   pipe manufacturing  .
• Statistical data  analysis .

Responsibilities
• Product  quality  checks  through  sampling  and  testing ;
• Carry out practical production line quality inspection of products to improve process performance.
• Ensure minimal  rejections  through  regular  monitoring  of  the  system
• Participate in research and development.

Qualifications
• Degree-Bsc  Industrial  Chemistry
• Knowledge  of Quality  Management  system  is  an added  advantage

Competences:
• Must  have  adequate  knowledge  of  production  processes  in the  PVC/HDPE/PPR  pipe  factory
• Proficiency  in materials  science
• Ability  to work  on his /her  own , honesty and reliability with  attention to  detail
• Must  be  computer  literate  with  proficiency  in Microsoft  Word, Excel  and ability  to use  database
