Requirements

A minimum of 5  years  experience  working  in health-related  communication , and/or  Social  and
 Behaviour  change  Communications,  and/or  social /community  mobilization

Excellent  coordination  skills  , negotiation  skills  and oral  and written  communication  skills

Must be  highly  organized  with  the ability  to  multi-task;

Background Information:
Joint Medical Store (JMS) is a Church founded private Not-For-Profit organization whose mission
is to supply medicines, medical equipment and related healthcare services, and training of assured

Duties/Responsibilities:
The Marketing Executive shall implement approved marketing strategies and campaigns in a professional manner in order to meet the overall sales and marketing objectives of JMS.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Promote Joint Medical Store products and services.

2. Implement promotional plans for JMS products and services.

3. Recruit new customers for JMS and implement initiatives to retain them.

4. Conduct effective and targeted market intelligence to monitor the market environment, explore new business opportunities and recommend initiatives to address them.

5. Carry-out customer surveys, market analysis and submit informative reports to immediate supervisor.

6. Organize and attend promotional events, exhibitions and presentations.

Qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Health related field with a bias in marketing.

• Possession of professional qualification CIM will be an added advantage.

• At least 3 year’s working experience in Sales & Marketing of Fast Moving Consumer Goods or pharmaceutical business.
Computer literacy including experience in use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Proven experience in customer and market research.

• Relevant product and industrial knowledge.
