Job Title: Supervisor – Cane Loading and Transport
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining vehicles shift register and closely monitoring performance of each of the vehicles deployed in the shift.
• Supervising effective and efficient loading of cane on trailers to avoid cane spillage on the road and the field.
• Monitoring and controlling the issuing of fuel to tractor drivers in the section.
• Enforcing company’s safety, health and environment policy in place among subordinates.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in any of the following: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or their equivalent obtained from a recognised institution.
Experience:
• Three (3) years and above working experience.
