Job Title: Account Relationship Manager
Reports to: Director Sales & Marketing
Job Summary:
The Account Relationship Manager to be in charge of the retention function for its growing clientele. The candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and all stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to give timely feedback to our clients with a view of improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
•Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executives.
•Conduct sensitization for new customers on benefits, processes and procedures to manage expectations.
•Conduct courtesy calls, have monthly/quarterly meetings with customers, give feedback and communicate key insights to management.
•Analyse utilization reports on a quarterly basis and discuss loss ratios periodically with management and customers.
•Plan and coordinate health education sessions for customers.
•Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales team to ensure growth attainment.
•Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
•Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
•He / She should possess a degree in Business administration or its equivalent.
•The candidate must possess three (3) years of account management experience in a service industry or any other relevant experience.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executives.
•Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
•Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develop the overall product, business growth and sales objectives and plans, and monitor performance against the strategic business growth plan.
•Responsible for the growth of the bank’s loan portfolio, ensuring growth and quality targets are met at all branches.
•Conduct business development initiatives to seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities.
•Responsible for the disbursement of quality credit in line with the bank’s credit policies making sure all credit approval and assessment processes are working effectively.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

•Professional training in banking and finance
•The applicant should possess 7 – 10 years of banking experience in credit, 5 of which should have been at a senior or middle management level
•Good communication skills.

•Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource local labour laws
•Offers day to day performance management guidance to line management
•Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
•Supervise the regular update of the Non expendable Property register per guidelines
•Ensure the procurement process is conducted in accordance with appropriate FHI 360 policies, regulations and procedures
•Responsible for the security and safety of staff and premises, transport and logistics services for the entire Country Office.

•The HR & Admin Officer should possess at least five years experience in HR & Administration in a related job role.
