Job Description:

Role:
To promote health workers’ motivation, team work and engagement through developing and monitoring the implementation of leadership capacity building programs for district health teams and health facility workers in the target districts in line with the project objectives and Baylor-Uganda capacity building guidelines.

Job specifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in industrial & Organizational Psychology or Human Resource Management or Health Service Management or any relevant degree with training in Project
Monitoring and Evaluation and application of participatory, qualitative and quantitative M&E methods
At least 3 years of experience in capacity building interventions preferably in the health sector.
At least 1 year of relevant project coordination experience with a reputable organisation, and direct experience with local government and donor representatives
Have key personal competencies in team work and communication skills, networking and partnership skills. He/she must be dynamic, persuasive and convincing, self-motivated and able to demonstrate high initiative. He/she must have the ability to manage change
Knowledge of local languages is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
