Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the performance of the Project staff;

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The applicant should be a Ugandan with a Masters degree in a business-related discipline;
• Strong private sector orientation 5 years’ experience working in private sector development;
• Proven ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice ;
• Demonstrable experience in nurturing MSMEs, plus a practical understanding of SME challenges.

Skills;

Main Duties

•Monitor income realizations against set targets and ensure that manageable funding gaps within available resources are bridged .

Education Qualification;
•B-Com accounting option or BBA-accounting option
•Part or fully qualified accountant , not less than CPA, ACCA level 2
•Strong Interpersonal skills
•Minimum of 4 years working experience in related duties

Required Knowledge
