Responsibilities:
• Routinely report to the Country leadership team and Vivo Energy Quality Advisor, on compliance performance in fuels Quality Assurance practice .
• Advising /training staff and customers on Vivo Energy Quality Assurance policies and requirements .
• Provide general product quality advice
• Assessing current Quality Assurance practices for the different supply chain and determine the need for and agree on any additional measures .
• Monitoring all product Quality Assurance practices for conformance with requirements of the Product Quality Monitoring Framework . Specifically monitor and report on Quality Assurance practices concerning differentiated fuels
• Capture, monitor and report on any Product Quality incidents .
Minimum Requirements:
• The candidate should have a University degree in either Sciences or Engineering , with at least 3 years experience , and
• Should preferably have worked or be working with laboratory services, or have been involved in Product Quality .

Job Title: Program Officer Livelihood

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for implementing a high quality livelihood program in the Kumi Area Program including monitoring , evaluation , and reporting .
• S/he will ensure the practice and institutionilisation of a culture of innovation and creativity in programs .
• The job-holder will be expected to continually observe the day-to-day effectiveness of the livelihood program delivery , noting and reporting any areas where improvements are possible .
Specifications:
• Minimum of a relevant first degree from a recognized university , preferably in agriculture with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience working with development projects in the relevant field , livelihood and income generating activities , preferably with an INGO.
• Good understanding of the livelihood development sector especially in the areas of production , value addition and marketing and resilience to shocks and stresses.
• Knowledge and experience in the rural financial services sector with business development orientation
• Experience of direct working with communities

Key duties and responsibilities;
• Responsible for developing and implementing methodologies and standards for evaluating program activities.
• Support the scientists in the preparation of detailed implementation plans which are consistent with the project objectives and expected outputs and support monitoring and implementation of the approved plan
• Assist in setting up a reporting and tracking system to provide information in a efficient and timely manner
• Analyze and aggregate M&E data, develop written reports based on evaluation findings
• Undertake routine quality control checks for completeness, consistency and accurancy ad raise queries to ensure data is clean
Qualifications, Skills and experience;
• Must have a degree in statistics, Economics, Economics, Development studies
• At least two years’ experience evaluating HIV/AIDS services
• Must have training in project planning and management
• Knowledge of national policies relating to HIV/AIDs is an added advantage
• Must have through knowledge of computer based applications especially statistical packages, databases, spread sheets and power point.
Other Skills;
• Good interpersonal and team building skills are desirable.
• Strategic planning skills desirable
