Job Title:  Administrative   Assistant /Receptionist

Employer: MRC/UVRI  Uganda  Virus  Research   Unit  on  AIDS

Duty Station: Entebbe , Uganda

Roles;

•Receive  and channel  participants  to appropriate  staff  at the  study  site  .
•Review  participants  appointment  cards  and  cross-checks  with the  appointment  list, where  indicated
•Occasional   bulk photocopying  and  distribution .
•Manage  imprest  and  participant  reimbursement

Experience;

•At  least  a Diploma in  Business  Administration  , Social  sciences  , public  Administration  .
•Degree  in  Secretarial  studies  is  desirable  .
•At least  three  years  experience  in a  similar  role  in  an  international Organization or research  based  organization .
•Proficiency in computer  use  (MS  word,  Excel,  Access ),
•Some  knowledge  of Procurement  is desirable.

Qualifications:
