Job Summary: The Senior Credit officers will be subject to attend a Branch Manager Trainee examination process after three months of joining. Selected Branch Manager Trainee will be given official and field training. After successful completion of 6 months probation period, they will be given the responsibility of respective Branch in the capacity of Branch Manager, while those who will be unsuccessful with the trainee interviews will continue working as senior Credit officers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

=Responsible for Group formation in field/village level
=In charge of Right borrower selection and loan disbursement
=Perform loan appraisal ,disburse Loan and realize
=Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required and submit On time
=Maintain office discipline and work according to organization rules and regulations

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

=The Credit Officer should hold a good Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2nd class upper division in Development Studies, Economics,Commerce, Business Administration or Statistics from a recognized Institution
=Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills
=Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work with staff
=Age: 30 years and below
