Job Title: Administrator.
Mott MacDonald is a global management , engineering and development consultancy.
Responsibilities;
• Arranging and managing the functions of the office and the activities within it to support the work of the team of specialists and experts. Tasks would include arranging travel and accommodation , preparing and managing budgets , procuring items and managing suppliers
• Supporting CURASSE deliverables . This will include conducting desk-based and field research , preparing reports , formulating documents
• Ensuring that the office operates in accordance with Mott MacDonald Group procedures.
Qualifications;
• A bachelors degree in business management , business administration or similar.
• A master’s degree in business management , business administration or similar would be an advantage
• 5 years experience in a similar role , ideally within an international organization.
