Job Title: Senior Program Officer.
International Alert is an independent peace building organization working in Uganda.
Skills;
• Knowledge of Ugandan conflict context and political economy approach to peace building
• Understands peace building , including conflict dynamics/national reconciliation issues in Uganda and its politics and risks.
• Facilitation and leadership
Qualifications
• Higher degree in a field with relevance to the job; e.g conflict studies, social or political science, law , development studies, sociology, economy, anthropology.
Experience
• 3 years experience of working with NGOs in Uganda and dialogue programs for development organizations/NGOs
