Job Title: Component Specialist -Youth
CARE International in Uganda works with others to make a sustainable improvement in the lives of the very poor .
Core Roles;
•Take lead in strengthening the capacity of implementing partners , more specifically empowering of women and youth for improved and sustained economic livelihood in Northern Uganda
•Lead the Planning , Implementation , Monitoring and Evaluation of AS4Y program in collaboration with partners to achieve program objectives
Specifications;
•At least a minimum of a Masters degree in Development studies , Industrial /Community Psychology , Education with a bias ti in Vocational Studies or its equivalent
•A qualifications in Enterprenuership is an added advantage
•Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities
•Strong skills and experience in M&E
•Skills in team work , facilitation and training
