Pharmacy is seeking for qualified persons to fill the following  positions on our team.
                I. Pharmacy auxiliary staff            I

Role and responsibilities
• To assist the pharmacist to run the pharmacy prescriptions unit by receiving, advising and costing prescriptions
• To assist the pharmacist to run the dispensing operations by packing, labeling and providing proper drugs use information to patients
• To implement the pharmacy patient feedback mechanism
• To maintain clean conditions in the pharmacy by dusting and cleaning drugs and shelves
• Keeping pharmacy books of records particularly the prescriptions book
• To assist the pharmacy inventory manager to stock drugs by arranging drugs on shelves and advising on stock levels.
 Education, skills and experience needed. I
• Diploma in pharmacy or Registered Nurse/ Midwife
• At least one year working experience in a busy retail pharmacy
• Experience in computer packages like Microsoft excel, word and other office packages
• Working knowledge of retail point of sales programs like tally, retail man or positive retail manager
• Excellent communication, leadership and inter personal skills
• Proof of registration with the appropriate professional council

Role and responsibilities
• To monitor and report on stock movement by implementing and maintenance of the inventory control mechanism
• To develop, implement, document and continuously update a strategy for preventing stock loose
• Maintaining reliable stock count, reconciling system stock with physical stock counts and implementing monthly stock taking
• Develop, maintain and document a competitive stocking strategy for continuous availability of drugs
• Maintaining proper purchase records in accordance to pharmacy regulations
• Coordinating customer product feedback with suppliers
Education, skills and experience needed. I
• Diploma in pharmacy or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
• At least one year working experience in a busy retail pharmacy
• Experience in computer packages like Microsoft excel, word and other office packages
• Working knowledge of retail point of sales programs like tally, retail man and positive retail manager
• Excellent communication, leadership and inter personal skills
• Proof of registration with the appropriate professional council
