Job Title: Administrative Assistant
The Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation –Uganda headquartered at Mulago hospital .
Role definition
•To safeguard Baylor Uganda properties and provide administrative support to all departments and the office of the ED once in a while in accordance with Baylor Uganda policies and procedures
Specifications
•A Bachelor’s Degree in a business related course or any degree oriented towards Administration and post graduate diploma in management will be an added advantage
•The job holder will have at least 3 years relevant working experience in general office administration
•Should have ability to handle executive or high profile visitors ; organize travel arrangements hotel reservations, visa processing for the Executive Director , international visitors /partners, prepare agendas and schedules for meeting workshops , events and appointments for a top manger
•Knowledge of computer literacy in programs such as micro soft outlook , micro soft word , micro soft excel and micro soft power point
•Have Key personal competences in Team and communication skills .Must be dynamic , Persuasive & convincing , self-motivated and able to demonstrate high initiative .
