Duties and Roles;
• Managing graduate network communication ; answering the toil free phone line , updating social media
• Provide administrative support to the National Program Manager including filling documents , drafting and editing communications, tracking proposals , scheduling and arranging equipment logistics for phone calls and local meetings
Competencies
• Exceptionally clear spoken and written English , proficiency in multiple local languages is a plus
• Pleasant and youth –friendly personality
• Proficient computer and typing skills
• Experience assisting and organizing events
• Bachelor’s degree in any of the discipline or diploma in management /secretarial studies , Educate training certificate is a plus.
