Job Title: Sanitation & Hygiene Officer
Founded in 2003, International Lifeline Fund is a private , non-profit organization based in Washington dc. Within Uganda ILFs activities focus on increasing rural water access , improving sanitation conditions, and combating deforestation with fuel-efficient stoves .
Responsibilities;
•Implementing , executing , analyzing & reporting baseline assessments and surveys LPs WASH impact on beneficiaries
•Developing sanitation and hygiene materials such as training manuals
•Researching and assessing new methodologies relating to the sanitation and hygiene sector ;
•Frequent field visits that necessitate staying overnight , often several days in row.
Qualifications;
•Experience in teaching S&H topics using PHAST and CLTS methods .
•Experience in data collection with household surveys.
•Experience in community mobilization ,specifically working with LC1 and village leaders
•Experience in previously training WUC
