Job Title: Head-teacher

Responsibilities:

• Strategic  direction  and development  of the  school

• Responsible  for  the day  today  administration  of  the  school

• Supervise  the teaching and learning  activities  in the  school

• Increasing  the student  population  through  rapid  recruitment  and  safeguarding  them

• Ensuring  proper accountability  for all  school  funds  and  properties

• Learning and managing  staff

• Efficient  and effective  deployment  of staff

Qualifications:

• The  position  holder  shall  be  a university  graduate  with  a BA  or  BSC  with education.

• Should  have five  years teaching  experience  with  at least  three  of them  at the  level  of  director  of studies  (DOS)

• The   holder  should  be willing  to live  in Tororo.
