Requirements:

•Bachelors    or above  degree  in Public  relations  ,  Sociology  , International  Relations ,  Administration,  Human  Resource  Management  , English  or  related  major.
•At least  5 years  of related  working  experience

Knowledge;

•Familiar  with  international   relations  of politics  and  economics
•Familiar   with   condition   of local   government.
•Familiar   with   publication   channels   of all   kinds   of media .
•Familiar  with  sustainable  development   of  environment  and  society
