Responsibilities;
• Follow up the implementation of projects (loans both sovereign and non sovereign , and grant) under the responsibility of Program officers based in Parish Head quarters; (supervision mission, analysis of procurement documents , of feasibility studies, ESIA etc)
• Reporting to Paris headquarters ,
• Participation in the decision making process;
Requirements;
• Infrastructure engineer or energy/water engineer back ground, additional investment knowledge would be highly appreciated.
• At least five years of experience in energy or water project monitoring.
• Good knowledge of institutional (ministerial) functioning.

Job Title: Principal Personnel Officer-Namayingo District Service Commission.
