Duties;

•Monitor progress towards operational and financial self-sufficiency ; design inventions and adjust policies to improve performance outreach.
•Ensure implementation of operational plan for all field-level operations.
Skills;
•University Degree from recognized institutions –in the following areas – Commerce , Social Sciences , Business Administration and Education .
•At least four years relevant experience in the micro finance sector at Branch Supervisor or Branch Management level
•Proficiency in various technologies (i.e. MS Office , excel, email).

Job Title: Senior Office Supervisor-Mayuge District Local Government.
Qualifications;
• Either a Uganda certificate of Education with at least 5 passes including credits in Mathematics and language plus a diploma in office management from a recognized awarding institution
• Or a Ugandan Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes including credits in Mathematics and English Language plus six years of experience ,three of which must have been at office supervisor level in a public or reputable private organization.
Duties;

Job Title: Staff Surveyor-Mayuge District Local Government.
Qualifications.
• An honors bachelor of science degree in either surveying ; geomatics or any other relevant field from a recognized training institution.
Duties;
• Participation in surveying up boundaries of Local Government land.
• Supervising the drawing of land plans in the district.
• Participating in authenticating deed plans.
• Supervising contracted survey activities and verifying the results.
• Providing safe custody of surveying equipment.
• Compiling activity reports for the attention of the staff.
