Operations Manager Job Vacancy at Micro Uganda Limited in Kampala-Uganda

Job Title:Operations Manager.
Micro Uganda Limited (MUL)a subsidiary of Micro Africa Limited a reputable and fast growing micro  finance institution .
Duties;
•Work with the Managing Director MUL to develop the Operations Plan for the institution and implementation strategies.
•Monitor progress towards operational and financial self-sufficiency ; design inventions and adjust policies to improve performance outreach.
•Ensure implementation of operational plan for all field-level operations.
Skills;
•University Degree from recognized institutions –in the following areas – Commerce , Social Sciences , Business Administration and Education .
•At least four years relevant experience in the micro finance sector at Branch Supervisor or Branch Management level
•Proficiency in various technologies (i.e. MS Office , excel, email).
