Human Resource and Administration Manager Job Vacancy at Uganda Virus Research Institute in Uganda

Job Title: Human Resource and Administration Manager-MRC/UVRI Uganda Research Unit on AIDS.
Roles;
•Develop and implement national HR strategies , plans & budgets that support program objectives , and ensure full implementation of defined HR standards & good practices.
•Ensure that staffing levels remain within budget, monitors /controls project staff numbers and that project staff leave on time at the end of their projects.
•Ensure that annual appraisal system is managed and completed on time every year .
Essential:
•Bachelor ‘s degree (Hons) in Management &Administration.
•Member of recognized professional personnel institute e.g Chattered Institute of Personal and Development or equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years experience of working as the head of HR in large scale organization of 200 +employees
