Job Title: Principal Human Resource Officer-Mayuge District Local Government.
Qualifications;
•Honors degree in Human Resources Management or
•Social sciences or Arts or Commerce or Business Administration with a recognized bias in HR field such as HRD or HRM or Organizational Development studies ; plus a post graduate diploma in Human Resource studies or Business administration or any related field is a requirement ;
•Training in financial management is desirable , and
Experience;
•At least six years in the field of Human Resource Management three of which should have been at the level of Senior Human Resource Officer .
•Should have knowledge of civil service regulations governing human resource management and the ability to interpret them.
•Should have developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and develop subordinates effectively
Duties;
•Initiate , develop and implement Human Resources policies , regulations and practices in the local Government .
•Preparing plans and budgets for the recruitment , retention and exit of the human resource .
•Should have knowledge of civil service regulations governing human resource management and the ability to interpret them.

Job Title: Senior Office Supervisor-Mayuge District Local Government.
Qualifications;
• Either a Uganda certificate of Education with at least 5 passes including credits in Mathematics and language plus a diploma in office management from a recognized awarding institution
• Or a Ugandan Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes including credits in Mathematics and English Language plus six years of experience ,three of which must have been at office supervisor level in a public or reputable private organization.
Duties;
• Maintaining office premises , furniture and equipment in good condition.
• Coordinating the distribution and use of office equipment , furniture and stationary.
• Preparing and producing work plans and budgets.
