Responsibilities
•Coordinating  and  supervising  multiple  systems  to work  in  unison, either  internally  or  throughout a prescribed  network  of external  platforms.
•Give direction to the team and  motivates  the team .
•Clearly  communicate  Information  System  strategies  to Senior  Management  and  technically  to   vendors  and team.
•Interface  with  management  to report  on  IT  activities  and  return  on  investment  analysis  for  systems  expenditures
Qualifications;
•A   bachelor’s  degree  in computer science  engineering  , computer  technology  or  business  administration  is  required .
•A  masters  degree in a  related  field  is a  plus
•Three  to Five  years experience  in  ICT  management
•In-depth  knowledge  of software , hardware and  LAN

Job Details:
Makerere University Walter Reed Project (MUWRP) is a non-profit HIV research program that was established in 2002 as a result of a memorandum of understanding between Makerere University and The Henry M. Jackson foundation for Advancement of Military Medicine Inc. of USA (HJF).
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Enter clinical /biomedical Research Data
• Sorting, verifying and filing of medical records
• Entering Patient's Data into MIS
• Organising entered Questionnaires according to clusters and or visits.
• Retrieving of entered study materials/Questionnaires and taking safe custody of them.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The applicant should possess a Diploma in Computer Science or Statistics.
• At least six months relevant experience in data entry.
• Highly organized and sensitive to detail.
• Quick at learning and adopting to HIV/AIDS research setting environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and meeting set targets Personal integrity, liable and dependable
