Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The candidate should hold a university Degree with 7 (seven) years experience in experience in people management.
• Good working knowledge of Engineering services and especially the categories of skills required.
• Knowledge of engineering and technical people resource market and IT skills.
• Possess a capacity to translate business needs into appropriate organisation designs and structures.
• Tenacious and determined in delivery of development programmes with ability to objectively select the right people for Engineering services

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in working with host communities to involve national civil society groups in improving the protection of persons of concern
• Offer support implementing and operational partners as well as with displaced and local communities to develop community-owned activities to address the social, educational, psycho-social, cultural, health, organisational and livelihood concerns as well as child protection and prevention and response to GBV.
• Assist in analyzing protection risk and capacities of communities of concern.
• Support participatory assessments and ongoing consultation with persons of concern
• Collect data for monitoring of programmes and budgets for the AGD perspective
• Accompany and interpret for senior management in their contacts with local interlocutors
• Draft and type routine correspondence, documents and reports using word processing equipment and maintain up-to-date filing systems
• Assist in the enforcement of participatory AGD sensitive analysis as an essential basis for all of UNHCR’s work
• Take lead in the identification of individuals and groups to prioritize for counselling and field visits in an agreed criteria
• Perform other duties as instructed.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• The prospective employee should have completed secondary education and possess post-secondary training in social sciences or social work.
• The candidate should possess at least three years previous job experience in a related or similar job role
• Personal Competencies:
• Computer literacy skills
