Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
1. Payables:
-Responsible for daily bank reconciliation and cash flow forecasts
-Preparation of Statutory returns
-Responsible for the preparation of Monthly management reports
-Assist in the administrative function
-Payments of supplier accounts.
2. Sales:
-Responsible for the daily sales and stocks report
-Supervise sales reconciliations on a daily basis
-Reconcile system and PPM Sales on a daily basis
-Ensure invoices and cash sales are captured correctly in the system daily
-Monitor Stock levels daily by daily stock taking and preparation of stock orders
3. Credit Control:
-Debt Collection and Reconciliation of debtors accounts
-Prepare daily Debtors analysis report
-Processing Credit Application
-Handle all customer queries
-Handle Intercompany transactions
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
-The applicant must hold a good Business Related degree
-Professional accounting qualification of at least part two of CPA/ACCA
-A minimum of two years’ working experience in a busy accounts office in a large/medium size manufacturing environment
-Ready to work with minimum supervision
-Computer literacy skills i.e. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages

The mission of the organization is to promote gender equality in all areas of decision making through capacity development, community empowerment, policy engagement and strategic partnerships.
Job Summary: The primary objective of internship at FOWODE is to provide a platform where young women and men can enhance their educational experience through practical work assignments. Internship at FOWODE is mutually beneficial both to the organisation and interns and is open to all individuals who have interest in promoting gender equality and women’s leadership in the country.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Offer support to the Field Officers in organizing programme activities at the district
-Represent FOWODE at stakeholder meetings in the district
-Actively participate in field and national activities as requested
-Prepare project / activity narrative reports with support from Field Officers
-Support FOWODE in developing proposal and concept ideas
-Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Field Officer
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
-The applicant must hold a relevant Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences Development Studies, Law, Mass Communication and any other related course.
-Have an interest in promoting gender equality and women leadership in Uganda.
-Excellent command of English and the local language of the district they are applying for

The Parliamentary Pension Scheme (PPS) was established by the Parliamentary Pensions Act 2007 as a Contributory Hybrid Cash Balance Retirement Benefit Plan for the Members of Parliament of Uganda and the staff of the Parliamentary Commission. The Scheme is managed by a Board of Trustees, constituted in accordance with the Act.
Job Summary: The Office Assistant/ Driver will maintain and operate office vehicle and provide administration support services.

-Operate and maintain the Scheme’s vehicle.
-Maintain schedule for all activities and events involving transport.
-Maintain and update records for motor vehicle movement, repairs, servicing, insurance and consumables.
-Ensure cleanliness of the office and motor vehicle.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
-The job holder should possess a Certificate in Office Practice/Office Administration.
-Valid driving license with classes B and CM or DM.
