Job Summary: The main responsibility of the Head of Enterprise Sales is to manage our internal Enterprise Sales Teams, target key new accounts and drive revenue generation and account retention to ensure budgetary target delivery. This is a high profile role within the organization with direct access to company executives and input on product development and strategy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

=The Head of Enterprise Sales is responsible for developing, closing and managing enterprise accounts specifically:
Prospect, develop, and close new enterprise customers, liaising with prospects at a senior management level (CXO)
=Manage a large Enterprise Sales Team for Government, Corporate and SME’s to ensure revenue and users acquisition targets are delivered and develop internal team skills
=Develop and execute plans to drive customer awareness of our solutions
=Work closely with Senior Management to advise and guide on product enhancement and new product development
=Responsible for the coordination with the Treasury and Collections departments to ensure that payments are collected on time
=Meet and exceed individual sales goals, quota and activity
=Document and manage the Enterprise Sales Pipeline
=Coordinate and manage a team selling process
=Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

=The head enterprise sales must possess a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
=A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
=The applicant must possess at least ten years’ sales experience in international environments in multinational companies with at least two years in a Senior Enterprise Sales role in a significant Telecommunications Operator selling Leased Lines, Dedicated Internet, M2M solutions, Last Mile Access and Fibre Optic solutions, Postpaid and Prepaid voice solutions
=An excellent track record of selling services to large, complex organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
=Significant experience in the management of P&L targets, departmental budgets, and EBIDTA
=Prior experience in building and mentoring large enterprise sales team in a telecommunications company
=Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or CXO’s
=Demonstrated track record of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets
=High proficiency and expertise in one of more verticals including, Retail, Government and Finance
=Possess the ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
 
=The Advocacy Officer should possess a good bachelor’s degree in the field       of social sciences
=An additional post graduate training in advocacy or related field is added advantage
=Excellent research, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain clearly and persuasively
=A minimum of five years’ work experience in the field of Children and Gender issues
=Strong interest in and ability to grasp policy and advocacy issues
