Duties and Responsibilities:

Regularly examine, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformity to professional reporting and procedural standards.
Prepare tax returns by ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
Regularly review all captured business transactions in the accounting system for accuracy, consistency and proper allocation.
Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts
Prepare financial statements including monthly & annual accounts
Prepare payments by verifying assigned documentation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

All candidate should hold Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) of Business Administration BBA(Accounting/Finance) and be fully certified as an Accountant
A minimum of three or more years’ accounting experience in a busy business environment
Possess excellent knowledge of key accounting packages, ERP will be an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop yearly outreach plan with outreach officer according to program needs and capacity.
Ensure database(s) maintenance which include(s) client information from assessment, progress notes, aftercare, community follow-up and group therapy.
Organize and establish meetings on regular basis with designated Counselors
Organize training seminars to address staff needs and identify relevant external training opportunities.
Responsible for the orientation of Counsellors in line with the Vision and Mission of Serenity Centre.
Support in the development, monitoring and evaluation of short and long term programs.
Treatment of the clients is by the whole team (Counselors and Medical). The Coordinator should guide treatment team meetings to review each client’s progress and adherence to recovery.
Keenly track expenditures and make recommendations to the ED.
Provides information by answering questions and requests from other departments and within the department.
Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs, k. Develop resource database for books, audio + visual aide’s and literature for counselors and clients.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The candidate should preferably hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Health, Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
Additional training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing(EMDR) is an added advantage.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the same or related field.
Age: 30 years of age and above.

Inspect workplaces and workplace equipment to ensure they meet safety regulations & safety standards
Ensure that personal protective equipment, such as hearing protection, dust masks, safety glasses, footwear and safety helmets, is being used in workplaces according to regulations
Identify potential accident, unsafe working conditions and health hazards/risks and implement appropriate control measures or remedial actions
