Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Be responsible for leading in the design, development and implementation of the Company’s Marketing Strategy and then managing through to implementation and delivery stages.
• Responsible for ensuring that the goals and targets of the marketing function are closely aligned to the vision, mission and objectives of the company.
• Play a key role in advising Management on market trends in order to develop successful and creative marketing/advertising campaigns that will enhance brand visibility across target markets.
• Design and maintain an annual marketing budget, providing detailed monthly and quarterly reports on all marketing activities including projected costs and anticipated return on investments.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The applicant should hold a University Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing related field.
• At least four to six years’ experience operating in a senior marketing level position.
• Past exposure and experience working within the telecommunications industry.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Offer proactive support in managing the company’s human capital base in areas of recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Ensure the administrative efficiency of the human resources function (payroll administration, administration of background checks, drafting various HR correspondences, monitoring headcount status, handling exit modalities etc)
• Ensure the Human Capital Information Management System (HCM-SAP) is constantly updated and maintained at all times.
• Administer a wide range of welfare schemes and benefits by processing required documentation for enrollments and terminations.
• Conduct new employee orientation to ensure new hires gain insights and are easily assimilated into the team
• Oversee, mobilize and coordinate all the logistical requirements needed for various staff engagement events, projects and training events
• Serve as safety representative, including coordination of safety training needs, assisting with safety audits, facilitating compliance with standards and maintaining related safety records
• Maintain appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment installations, structural repairs and work orders

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The ideal candidate should possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Proven ability to work in multi-cultural and with varied teams;
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility and use initiative especially when working on tight deadlines;
• Highly meticulous, detail-oriented and ability to multitask(is a must)
• Ability to work without direct day-to-day supervision;
• Possess the ability to remain calm and in control even under pressure
