Role definition

Specifications
•A Bachelor’s Degree in a business related course or any degree oriented towards Administration and post graduate diploma in management will be an added advantage
•The job holder will have at least 3 years relevant working experience in general office administration
•Should have ability to handle executive or high profile visitors ; organize travel arrangements hotel reservations, visa processing for the Executive Director , international visitors /partners, prepare agendas and schedules for meeting workshops , events and appointments for a top manger

Person Specifications;
(a) Academic Qualifications
Essential:
a) Honours’ degree in Law, (LLB) Commerce, Accountancy or Auditing
b) Credit in Math and English
Desirable;
a) Training in Criminal Investigations
Experience & Knowledge:
a) At least three (3) years’ experience in handling investigations in a large
organization.
b) Knowledge and experience in progressing criminal cases will be an
added advantage.
c) Knowledge of Revenue and Tax Administration
