Job Title:Procurement Officer-University Research Co. , LLC Centre for Human Services
Duties;
• Coordinate the establishment and up to datae annual procurement plan and the calculation of realistic lead times ; following up on timely initiation of related procurement actions;
• Coordinate purchase of goods and services in accordance with URC policies
• Reviewing procurement request to ensure specifications and Terms of References (TORs) are generic , complete and comprehensive and seeking clarifications if required;
Qualifications;
• Bachelor degree in Procurement , Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field;
• At least two years of work experience in a similar position;
• Proficient in MS Office;
