Job Title: Quality Improvement Officer-University Research Co. , LLC Centre for Human Services
Qualifications;
• Degree in Medical and Surgical field
• Minimum of two years experience doing human surgery , with at least 6 months experience conducting medical male circumcision
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities;
• Plan and coordinate the implementation of activities to enhance the collaborative quality improvement approach for VMMC
• Efficiently organize and carry out learning session and coaching visits to facilities and other relevant teams to improve their ability to work as a team to identify and solve problems
• Ensure site and district teams conduct monthly VMMC data collection, analysis , use and reporting
