Job Title: Country Manager 

Brookside Diary Limited , a market leader in East and Central Africa, is expanding its operations in the region and would like to invite applications for the following positions in Uganda .

Key Duties 

•Manage sales operations 

•Achieve agreed sales targets and growth objectives 

•Identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans for achievement 

•Set clear and measurable objectives 

•Drives sales in the country

Minimum Requirements: 

•Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with bias in Marketing 

•Possess at least five years Sales Management experience at senior level 

•Have excellent Sales Management and Supervisory skills 

•Be aggressive and result oriented 

•Be prepared to travel and work long hours 

•Must have outstanding leadership skills 

•Must have ability to represent the company at all levels of operation
