Job Title: Sales Supervisors
Brookside Diary Limited , a market leader in East and Central Africa, is expanding its operations in the region and would like to invite applications for the following positions in Uganda .
Key Duties;
•To achieve agreed sales targets
•To achieve set trade coverage and distribution objectives
•Implement agreed merchandising and display objectives in key accounts and general trade
•Control and manage sales team effectively to realize agreed sales objectives
Requirements;
•Should have Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a bias in marketing
•At least 3 years experience in selling FMCG
•Sales Management skills
•Aggressive and results oriented
•Prepared to travel and work long hours
