Responsibilities
• Liaise with end users and prepare the Agency’s draft Annual Procurement & Disposal Plan
• Support the timely entry of data into the Procurement Performance Measurement System
Person Specifications
• An Honors Bachelors Degree in Procurement obtained from a recognized awarding institution
• At least 1 year work experience in a busy public sector entity handling procurement of goods , works and services
• Must have a sound knowledge of computer applications and PPMS
• Must be conversant with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003, Regulations and Guidelines
• High level of integrity and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with teams at all levels .
