Requirements;
•Oversees organizational development and capacity strengthening strategies for civil society and community -based organizations.
•Designs and conducts assessments of program grantees and partiners to determine organizational and capacity strengthening needs .
•Develops detailed training curricula , tools and supporting materials for specific organizational development needs and ensures that curricula support all program technical all program technical objectives.
•Provides technical assistance assistance in a way in a way that promotes the adaption and sustainable use of tools and approaches the adaption and sustainable use of tools and approaches
•Authorization to work in Uganda is required .
