Job Requirements:
Role Definition
•Monitor the implementation of Baylor Uganda sub grants with particular focus on the development of a sound financial and
•Grants management system that ensures timely disbursement of funds, full accountability and value for money of sub grants.
Specifications
• The job holder should have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance with Knowledge of any Finance and accounting packages .
• At least 2 years of experience in managing district grants programs/projects with a reputable international NGO, and direct experience with government and donor representatives
• Have Key personal competencies in Team and communication skills ,
• Must be dynamic Persuasive & convincing , self-motivated and able to demonstrate high initiative.
