Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage SMS creation, mobile-forms creation, data-extraction, and xls-reports generation.
Make field visits to assess and support Agents and Branch managers in using SMS, Mobile Apps, and PoS.
Constant review of data (SMS, Mobile App, PoS sales) and follow up with Agents and Branch managers to ensure data quality.
Coordinate with Tech-Manager and Vendors to test new features and updates on various components of the I.T. System.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant should possess a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or I.T. services
Basic knowledge of databases, website development.
Proficiency in using MS-Excel, specifically pivot tables
Good communication skills i.e. spoken and writing skills
At least a year’ experience in data-management / analysis / related role
